You need to contact Pixel support directly in relation to increasing or decreasing the Special Packs you are offered for Regional, God or Events.
You can contact Pixel support directly via your game settings menu.
Don't type in the white search box..... make sure you pick a category that is printed in blue.
Remember to check your email spam/junk folder for replies.
Don't send multiple tickets in quick succession to Pixel support otherwise their spambot might eat them.
