I'm currently in the Pixel server room ,just underneath the secret safe sign .The last tile locater is pointing at the secret safe ,but it is not an active tile .The level has been completed ,just 7 tiles to go,but I cannot access this part.

Plus I found this on another thread: Go to the SE corner of the map. There is a note on the desk that will tell you exactly what to do.
