No internet connection error

I keep getting an error saying no internet connection even though I’m connected. The game will load, allow me to play for approx 3-4 min then that error pops up and I have to reload the game

I cannot get passed 13th and 14th little portal in Pawkins( Halloween 2019). Very annoying, because I can't finish it now, allmost at the end!!!

I see this post is not very recent for most, but for the last three days I have been having the same issue with an error message “no internet connection.” I know my wifi is fine, because I even restarted and did troubleshooting on that as well. I have done every restart and reboot option possible, but continue to have the same issue on multiple devices, including my iphone 7 and 3rd gen ipad mini. I seem to have slightly better success when running on my personal hotspot with my phone, but I have a very limited data plan. I love my Diggy’s Adventure game, but not enough to run up a huge bill because I went over my data limits. Please help asap! Thank you so much!

Strange...I have the same error, but Pixel tells me that they've never seen this error before, and tell me that it's my ageing iPad at fault. I have done everything they've suggested, be it uninstalling/reinstalling the game, rebooting my iPad, making sure I have the latest version of the game, the latest iOS...

I always have a strong WiFi signal, my kids are watching Netflix on the same connection, and I never have any issues with my other Internet-dependent games . I've connected via my iPhone's hotspot as well, but it still happens.

I'm getting rather tired of this, and I'd hate to have to delete the game, because I enjoy it so much.

Don't know what else I can do... ;-(

Just because other players have connection issues, doesn't mean it's the same error. I'm assuming Pixel was able to pinpoint the particular error based on your game & device; hence the claim they've not seen it before. I know little about iOS devices, so I'm just going to throw out some ideas:

Have you tried resetting your actual modem (turning it off completely & back on?)
Turn the device WiFi off/on?
3.Turn ✈️ mode and then turn it back off? (That used to work for a game on my Kindle.)
Played the browser version of the game in your device? Not ideal, but if the app won't work, try putting your browser tab in Desktop Mode & playing the game either on Facebook or pixelfederation.com. Because the game no longer requires Flash, most browsers will now work.

I play on 2 devices a fire HD and a galaxy note pro 12.2 on the galaxy which is faster and more available ram I am CONSTANTLY getting the no internet connection screen but only while playing the" events" have tried numerous solutions but no luck

pixel_player850255377 I keep getting internetconnection error when I do have!! Internetconnection, it keeps happening at Halloween 2019 at the 2 last small portals(Pawkins City/Town), #12,13,14.
So annoying to get this far and not able to finish it.
This problem keeps popping up a lot!!! but never before that I really cannot go on until now in Pawkins.......F...!!!!

My question is probably technically a support question, but thought I would throw it out anyway....why when on a mobile device, will I not be able to use my Data vs WiFi ? And use a browser instead of the app? I prefer not to use hotel WiFi when traveling and so it seems that the game will not connect ? Unless on a WiFi connection.... when at my house, I have tested both options with no problems, now on the road, the game only tries to connect via WiFi ...

Just tested the app on my Samsung S9. Turned off WiFi and was still able to connect the game using 4G.

I also play the game in my phone browser by signing into the Portal with the EXACT same email / password I use in the app.

I have had this problem for a long time (multiple Kindle Fires). I created a support ticket a couple of times but nothing ever came of them. This is a problem that could be solved by simply retrying a few times before just "crashing". The game will run for little a while without an internet connection, and it only needs the connection at certain intervals or when moving in and out of locations etc. Having it crash the first time it thinks there is no internet connection is ridiculous. This is most frustrating when you are tying to remember a maze and bam..."no internet connection".

I will get this sometimes because I guess the game will try to upload the flash version sometimes which no longer exists.
