I just out my game on my new phone and got my 2 devices to sync. Here's what I did:
Logged into the Portal at pixelfederation.com. Since my account is connected with FB, I chose that login.
I then went back to the phone app, and used my FB login.
At first it didn't work so I closed the app and tried again. Suddenly, my progress was returned.
Please note: I HAD NOT played anything on the new game before starting the above process. Also, on my Portal profile it says I'm at LEVEL ONE, though I'm on 162. Go figure.
If this doesn't work for you, you need to contact support. Give them both game player ID#s so they can be linked.
