Try clearing the game cookies / cache. Refresh the game tab if on PC. Rat ends up in the bathroom & is initially by the toilet. He then runs to the spot directly above the women's bathroom sign. Once clicked, he should go to your inventory.
If nothing works, contaact SUPPORT by clicking the button under the game settings wheel (upper corner.) Once on the link, scroll past the white search🔍box & choose a category. If no options are listed, email SUPPORT instead:
