Really no way to lose the game if you had them logged it to Facebook & an email address. They're on the server.
If you're on mobile, you DON'T hit the PLAY button when first opening the app. Rather, click below it and sign in with your credentials.
Otherwise, contact SUPPORT. Give them your player ID#'s for each game (if known.) Provide as much info as possible (level, region, any purchases recently made.)
