Im in Atlantis atm and all event camp quipments that i can buy with the event currency gives +170 energy/h and more. Im currently lvl 291 with 20 000 energy/ hour in daymode 😁

I'm nearing the completion of Hades, and have around 23million gold saved up. I have bought a few gold pillars now and then but since camp equipment costs have increased quite a bit, what should be a suitable amount to set aside for future camp equipment?

Side note, I rush through the game and don't bother farming or clearing except for double mining weekends. I'm level 276 and looking to finish greece and reaching the New World for the best equipment available. The gold accumulated comes just from playing through the content and gold caravans. Thanks all 😁

Wow, gratz on your progress.
Don't know how you did so well and how awesome your camp must be.
Nor how you still got that much gold.
As for your question, only you can know how much you might need by looking at the camp equipment in the shop that will be available to you for Greece and then some new ones in The New World as you level up.
Looking at my list there's some regens and a heap of capacities to get in the next 30+ levels for Greece.
As for the New World, the regens in comparison are the same or worse (typical they still haven't addressed that issue for the game) from what you will already get as you progress.
The capacities are about the same as Greece.

Kittylover , keep your eye on the Special Offers each week. At least once if not twice a month, a high regeneration or high capacity energy item is available by buying coins rather than gems. BUY IT.

gamemaster specifically regarding Dragon Ingots. If you’ve gotten the cart in China, and don’t intend on buying any of the Armor regen items, I don’t see a use for them other than pillars. Nothing in further regions that I can see, and they’re not used for crafting. So... feel good trading 1000 ingots for 16 million XP?

Yep, done that at least twice, was great to multi level and have lots of energy to use.
Depending on what level you are to get a level or several.
Did it on 2 events to help in progressing through them quicker and then on the challenge.

Being able to buy pillars has completely changed my attitude to receiving dragon ingots and ancient scrap metal in the special quests. I'm also making bronze and iron bars for pillars. My day regen is 27,000 in about an hour and night is 99,000 in 7 hours. Steady progress and I'm nearly finished getting the 6th lock of Gaia hair for the special equipment. Am finding Atlantis is not too bad, but it helps to do material maps for lots of quick digging.

Re food hoarding: am around 4 million, so I keep making more energy and I find I use it too, to have a more enjoyable session of play.

AllMenAreIslands Wow that is really fast! My day generation is only 17,582 in 2 hours. The night generation is about 33,000 in around 12 hours.

pixel_player503724791 since then I've inched it up some more. I have day mode set for 37,000 in 90 minutes and overnight at 106,000 in 7.5 hours.

Here is a helpful hint. Arrange each row of your equipment so that the items are in value order, lowest to highest. That makes it fast to find your lowest one, to swap out when you get something new. I posted a screenshot of one row.

AllMenAreIslands I do the same thing. And every few weeks I pull everything out and replace it in order because it can get messy after a while.
I've now replaced all my double digit items with triple digit items. My lowest regen item is 101. Now the next goal is to start replacing the low 100s with higher ones. It's a continual process which some people don't seem to get.

umbreon422 I had to re-do my item placement again yesterday. The Day Gen fills up about 18,500 energy in just over two hours. The Night Gen has 42,000 energy and takes 14 hours to fill up.

How do you all get so any gems without spending REAL money or ARE you spending real money on gems?
I'm level 106. Scandi

I get discouraged playing this game because I never feel like I have enough energy and never enough gems and materials to buy equipment.

My partner and i spend real money and ONLY on packs that give equipment to use which gives gems as well.
Part of the reason why our camps are strong and soon won't buy packs soon as our camps peak near the limit of new equipment and gets to a plateau.
Takes time to build the camps up.
You will continuously get gems as you progress with some achievements as well as the events as they usually have some to gain as well.

Have you played Christmas 2015 yet? You can get a lot of good equipment. You will get most of your gems back, especially the first time you play.

It's a non-segmented event... meaning that everyone gets the same (low) tile cost for the main quest line. Some of the Challenge locations are designed for harder regions. Just do the ones that seem reasonable to you.

Try to go into it with a lot of coins. Not essential, but you can buy a lot of camp equipment before you even open up a single location.

pixel_player503724791 I redid my energy after this last event. I’m up to 18834 per hour daytime and I fill up 74700 in about 7 and a half hours overnight. Isn’t it great how perseverance pays off?
I’m looking forward to the Xmas events to get some good stuff I hope!
