A problem with a lever (River of Miracles)

Please in the game, in the River of Miracles, I cannot go to the beginning because the lever is wrong in the game for android. For PC, when you open the lever, both bridges are placed but in this case not.

I'm also having this issue, where the lever gives one bridge, but not two. I've tried a combo of all the other levers but can't finish clearing the location.

There are 6 levers in River of Miracles. Which level? Which lever? Where is Diggy? Where do you want Diggy to go?
We can't see your screen. You need to describe it for us.

Note that the two levers at the top of the first screen (where you started) can be toggled more than once.

If the levers in your game don't function like the levers in the video, contact Support.
Click the Settings cog in the upper right hand corner on PC (upper left on Mobile), make a note of your Player ID, and then click on the Support button.
