When asking for help the poster should provide as much information as possible, and provide a screenshot if the help they are wanting has to do with something that can be seen on the screen. Anyone wanting to help needs information if they are to give an informed answer, and the information they get needs to start with you. Otherwise they are left with providing either a generalised answer, or an answer based on a guess at what you might want, or even to not bothering trying to answer at all. Also, and this is very important, please provide the type of device you are playing on as the game is set up differently depending on that. The information you should provide will depend on what you want help with, so I've divided it up in the following ways:
MINES
The main game is divided up by Region (Egypt, Scandinavia, China, Atlantis and Greece). Each Region is divided up into the Main, Repeatables, Father and Gods sections, and each of those sections contain mines. When asking about a mine, then the Region should be included as well as the section in that Region the mine is in, and the name of the mine, too. If the section the mine is in is that of one of the Gods, then the name of that God should also be included. If a mine in a Story Event is what help is needed on, then the name of that Story Event as well as the name of the mine should be included. It is best to include what level and/or area of the mine you are wanting the help with, and what the help is exactly that you want. A screenshot provides a lot of information, so posting one is a good idea.
CAMP EQUIPMENT
Energy Regeneration and Capacity equipment, Windmills, the Professor's Switch System, the Holland System, the Rotor Enhancer, Decorations. Specify what it is you don't understand about any of these items or what it is you are wanting to know about them. You really should try to be specific.
FOOD ITEMS
Specify on if you want to know how a food is made, where you can find it, how best to acquire it, etc.
ITEMS THAT ENHANCE DIGGY
Speed Potions, the Golem and Outfits. What they do, where you can get them, what you need to purchase or make them. Specify what you want to know.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND TREASURES
Give the name of the Achievement or Treasure, what Region or Story Event it is for, and what you want to know about it.
THE SHOP
Where to find an item, what the item does, how to purchase it, etc. Include the name of anything whenever possible.
HOW TO ADD A SCREENSHOT
1. Create a free account on LightShot https://prnt.sc
2. Upload your screenshot.
3. Copy the link address the site gives you for that pic.
4. Paste the link into your forum post.
TECH ISSUES
For Tech issues it is usually a good idea to contact Support about it and submit a ticket with them, including as much information about the issue as possible.
SEARCH FORUM
It is also always best to do a Search of the forum first before posting a request. There is a Search Forum bar at the top of the forum where you can type a keyword or two about the topic you want help with. Doing a Search of the forum first might provide you with the information you seek right away instead of having to wait for someone to answer a post. It also helps keep the forum tidy by eliminating multiple posts concerning the same subject matter.

The Wiki page for Diggy's Adventure contains a lot of useful information and is worth taking a look at to familiarise yourself with all aspects of the game, as well as a good source to answer many basic questions you might have about the game. You might still have questions you can't find the answers to there, though, or the information as it is written there might not be clear to you, so if you have any questions about what you've read, please post them in the forum and try best to explain what it is that is unclear.
