dOES ANYONE KNOW THE EXACT AMOUNT OF ENERGY REQUIRED FOR THE CHALLENGE AREA?

BlameTheParrot Go to Wiki link at the top of game page, on left side go to Special events week, click on it, then click on the Area you play in currently (Egypt, Scandinavia, China etc) then look for the area in that special you are playing, it will give the amount of Energy needed to play, plus all items you will receive if you clear everything. there are also video links to help you if you have trouble finding how to do and such

It seems that with the new segmented events, the old "10x the clear exp" formula is a bit off. After a few more segmented events maybe there will be enough data to create a new guesstimate formula.

Idk what you mean.
It is about 10x usually for most locations.
Tho the present challenge location is more 12x.
But 10x is the best estimate, and as such it should be taken into account : it's an estimate.

gamemaster What I mean is that in segmented events, the guesstimate/estimate for challenge locations is off. 10x is too low. It's been ranging between 11x and 14x (I'd have to turn on my computer to get my spreadsheet for my exact numbers per event). So my point is that, after a couple more segmented events, there will be enough data to adjust the estimating formula to be more accurate for the challenge locations. Perhaps roughly 12x will be the new figure, perhaps it will be around 11x or 13x, there's not yet enough data to know how to adjust yet, I'm unsure what was confusing about my post?

It's only been this event that this has been off in the challenge.
10x 11x close enough really.
Tho this one is 12x.

gamemaster I checked my numbers. It wasn't just this segmented event where the energy requirement was slightly off the 10x reward estimate. I'm not sure why you mentioned the wiki to me as I am aware of its content. But it's not really worth arguing about so I'll just bow out of this conversation.
