pixel_player79342124 Okay, to be clear, you are referring to the Hero of Scandinavia Achievement, right? If so, then that isn't exactly about clearing all locations, but rather clearing them out. "Achievement awarded for clearing out Scandinavian locations" is what it states. Now, I know what I wrote might seem like a question of semantics, and that clearing a location and clearing out a location appear to be the same thing said a little differently, but here is why it isn't. A location is cleared if there isn't anything left in it when you leave it, but it isn't cleared out until you can't get anything further from it. If you check your Treasures in your Achievements section you will notice some of the pieces of Treasures can be found in Repeatable mines. Those Repeatable mines don't always give out a Treasure piece when clearing them, but when they do then they give out only one piece during that visit. So you will have to visit and clear a Repeatable mine until it gives you a Treasure piece for it to be considered cleared out as far as that one piece is concerned. If more than one Treasure piece can be found in the same Repeatable mine, then every time you get one of those pieces you will have cleared out the mine. I am guessing that should you check your Treasures for Scandinavia in your Achievements section you will find a total of 9 still missing, and that all 9 of them can be had from one or more Repeatable mines.
