When submitting a support ticket, please make sure to add your Player ID. Any ticket without a Player ID submission will be returned to the sender with the request of providing a Player ID. This helps us - the support - to identify your game and have a closer look at your request.

On the desktop app:
The player ID can be found under your gaming window.
