You should of replied to that email stating that fact (again?).
Only they can help you or watch the video where the person gets the stone to the end without the portals and do the same.

Start watching at 12:22 for the solution. I had the same problem, but found a way through. Do exactly as the video shows and you will get to the end.

The first is where all portals, activators, and exits are supposed to be, some behind secret tiles.

gamemaster my portals are not working either and buttons are gone stone won’t transport to other portal please reset this part for me I don’t want to quit the game over this so frustrating or if you won’t reset can you just pass me thru this spot all is done on this but the last portal

This the player forum. We don't have access to any tools. You can contact Pixel Support and see what options they have.

On your game screen, choose the Settings wheel in the upper corner. Write down your Player ID and then choose the Support button. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page until you see a list of categories. (Do not use the white text box in the top half.) Choose a category and then provide your Player ID, WebGL vs. Mobile, and problem details.

If you are using an iOS device and you do not see the category options on the SUPPORT page, you'll need to email PIXEL Support at: support@diggysadventure.com
