gamemaster Brilliant. I had the same issue as everyone else, but I took a deep breath and watched video again. The solution is apparent starting at the 12:22 mark. You must push and pull exactly like the video shows. It will cost you energy, but you will get through the quest. Also you must move along the left side from the third portal. Trying to take the right-hand side will not work.
Watch the video. Pay attention and be willing to spend the energy.
