You may encounter this issue if you played your game as a guest only (used the Play button to enter the game, without connecting your account with your email or facebook) and you change your mobile device or make factory reset of your device settings
To be able to find your original game, please contact our official support and provide them as much information as you can
- Player ID - if you do not remember Player ID, please send us Player ID from the newly started game on level 1
- Were you playing on the same device or do you have a new one? Are you still in the possesion of your old device?
- Specification of the device you were using.
- Did you make any in-game purchase? If yes, please send us as many copies of the confirmation emails as you can find
- Your approximate level in the Diggy`s Adventure
- The date when you were last time able to access your game.
With all these info, we will be able to track your original game.
But as the game was not connected and you were playing only a a guest, you need to create new game account and connect it to your Email or Facebook.
1.Facebook
To be able to connect your game to your Facebook, please follow the following steps:
Please make sure to be logged on onto your Facebook app with the Facebook profile through which you want to play our game - Diggys Adventure
Open the Diggys Adventure app, and after entering, press the cog symbol - Settings button
Make sure to log out of the game.
You will be prompted to choose from these options :

Please press the Facebook button and you will start new game which will be connected to your Facebook. After that send me please the player ID of this new game. Send me also the player ID of your game with the old progress
- Email
You'll need to enter the game on your PC. Please visit our official Portal
https://portal.pixelfederation.com/en and create a new account - please click here to register:
then just type in the email address, confirm the terms of use and click on the 'create new account' tab:
after creating the account, please select Diggy's Adventures game and enter the game:
you'll create a new account linked with your email so we'll be able to switch your old progress to this new account.
