Why does it happen ?
There's an error with the synchronization. In this situation it appears that you have enough energy only graphically. This error occurs when our system detects discrepancies between your device and our database. The actual energy status on your game account was different than what was displayed in the game. Therefore, after you removed some tiles an error occured and the game did not let you proceed.
How can it be fixed?
Although the energy seemed to be there, in reality, at that particular moment, there was none. The amount of energy is fixed after reload.
