Hi
Used to be automatic and if one didn't show, all we had to do was add a new neighbor and both would appear.
Now, the only way I found to fix this, is to send a ticket to Support but it takes a few days for them to answer and the delay is getting longer... I guess they are getting swamped with this type of request.
