Help Please,
I have 9 friends in the portal and they are not appearing in my neighbors list in the portal game. I have tried logging in all three ways into the portal. While clearing all my browser history, cache and cookie, etc. And I have tried searching the forum for any answers but nothing has worked so far. Is there a solution to see portal friends in neighbors list in portal game?
And I sent in a support ticket maybe over a week ago or so here: https://help.diggysadventure.com/new-ticket. This is the ticket # 401962. But I have received an email about it and I don't see a place to check on the ticket on the site. How do I find the status of my ticket?
Would really appreciate any help.
I also sent in a help request, got an answer several days later:
"We are sorry for the inconvenience but our tech team is working on this feature. I regret to inform you that it is not possible to see friends that you have added from the pixel federation page in the game. Only your Facebook friends are showing in the game."
So, it appears that, for the time being at least, adding friends for Diggy on the portal is useless.
Personally I don't like the idea of adding strangers as friends on FB for the sake of a game, which is why I requested friends here, so I guess I'll simply have to keep playing solo as before.
Thank you, Erna!!! Really appreciate you letting me know, thought something was wrong with my account or computer. It seems like this functionality should have been available when they took the portal live. Can't they just use the same code that their other games use for this feature???
I was really happy to find the portal instead of the fb version; just for the reason of adding portal friends, I too only like keep close friends and family on fb.
