There is a room in the upper right that has a gate. How do you open the gate? I've talked to all the people and clicked every other place I can.. All I have left is the 25 items in the room.

Merche, clear out the tiles first, it will help you to be able to walk around the aisles of chairs...then it takes a little pushing and a little pulling...

I have removed all the tiles, but a man and a woman block the way and there are two 3 tiled L shapes in the passage that don't allow me to move. Is there anyway I can get these people to move?

You'll find it in one of the rooms to the left as you face the stage, Sealion Dying's dressing rooms. Leave the room with the tiger in it, go past Tyson's room and it's the first on the left after you turn the corner. Hope that helps.
