Hi there,
The daily reward gets added to your account at the moment you login (to make sure that you never miss it if you login), regardless of whether the window does not show, or it shows and you click on claim or close the window. We set it like this, so that you never miss your reward. :)
I checked our database and everything seems to work fine and there's no issue.
